Scoops and Slices

I was at the resort for a private party and saw the ice cream shop. I thought it would be fun to take my kids for ice cream before we left. My wife got ice cream for our two kids, ages 6 and 4. They were so excited as they ran back to our table to eat their ice cream. My wife came over and stated the ice cream was only for guest staying at the resort and they wanted us to give them the ice cream back. So, instead of taking the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service by explaining how they operate but letting our kids keep their ice cream, they took it back and threw it in the trash???? Why would I ever want to come back to this resort???? Shame on the employees who did this. Your decisions can earn a customer for life or lose one. It’s that simple!!!

Horrible service. Won't serve us even though we were staying within the main property won't take cash or card and were extremely rude. Well done tell three 5 year old they can't have ice cream. Hope your proud.

Nate served us ice cream and was super helpful and kind! Will definitely be coming back!
