I feel that oatmeal raisin cookies are amongst some of the most mediocre cookies ever created. Barely consider it a cookie. Unless you’re a horse. I received a box of oatmeal raisin cookies from Salt Bakery and wow. Both me and my wife were impressed. Never mind the best oatmeal raisin cookies I’ve ever had. Amongst some of the best cookies I’ve ever had. Fresh, perfectly soft, chewy, balanced amounts of sweetness, butter and cinnamon. Completely made with the ingredients grandma would bake with. So, after confirming that I somehow did not turn into a horse, I’ve reconsidered my previous feelings about oatmeal raisin cookies. Looking forward to trying some everything else they have to offer. Highly recommend.
