Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Strawberry shortcake and waffle bowl with New York cheesecake and pecans ice cream. It is super good, I was not thinking to leave a survey but after tasting so fresh and good ice cream I decide it does deserve a survey. I think from all ice creams I had this one deserves a 5 star. I might be looking to buy ice cream from this place. The ice cream cones are also made fresh.

My 1st One star review in the past few years. And it's a shame because I love Bruster's ice cream, but I won't be back to this location. Pic is immediately after our order was scooped, where I watched the guy scoop my, and my son's single scoops, which were nearly $5 each. I could see him putting it into the cup with half or more of the scoop empty with air. The server even paused after finishing, possibly wondering if he should have added more, but no. I should have known it was a bad sign when they had notices posted on the door that automatic 15% gratuity would be added if you order inside. This location seems to be only focused on pinching pennies than being fair to their customers. Take my advice, just go to the Annapolis location, it's tremendous. Business owners, do better please...

The ice cream is super fresh. Staff members are very accommodating and friendly. The dining room is perfect! This has been a “go to” place for ice cream for us.

My wife and I just got ice cream here. We loved it! Honestly some of the best ice cream we’ve had! We’ll definitely be back! I got the peanut butter crunch & butterfinger in a waffle cone and she got the chocolate raspberry truffle. So good! The cashier’s name was Ketan and he was super friendly and helped us use our rewards! Thank you for a great experience!

If you want REAL ice-cream, this is the place to go! I love that's it's in my neighborhood and so easy to get in and out. The mint chocolate chip is one of my favorites! The pumpkin in the fall was outstanding too. I've never been disappointed. The owners are wonderful people! Check it out!
