My experience with Same Day Xpress (SDX) is not limited to a specific transaction but is a reflection of the company’s culture, leadership and work performance. On 1/9/26 at approximately 7:30am I was driving North of Rt 543 just South of C Milton Wright High School. A student was waiting at a crosswalk to cross over Rt 543. The SDX truck stopped. There were 2 vehicles behind the truck which stopped but also had their left turn signals on. The 3rd vehicle behind the truck, a white SUV, passed on the right shoulder probably not realizing there was a child in the crosswalk. The truck driver saw this and placed the truck in the path of the passing vehicle. The swift awareness & action of this driver prevented severe injury and possibly death of the student. They are always consistent and positive even when inconvenient events are happening or have happened. I have never had a hard time or negative experiences with the company or with there drivers. Out of all the drivers i have spoken too and have had the pleasure of meeting, Harvey exceeds any and all expectations that have risen. Consistent, professional, outgoing, Hard working, communicative, and more. If i could leave/give SDX’s reviews or feedback on there individual drivers, Harvey stands tall and at the top of that list where its deserved. A really impressive company with excellent genuine drivers.
