The tacos are absolutely fantastic but the fish tacos are hands down some of the best I've ever had. Definitely worth the stop! I'd also say the tacos are HEFTY, like great size. I was olenty stuffed on 3!

Doesn’t get any better than this! Corey and Connor not only nail the customer service but the food is top notch, generous, and really well priced. We love the nachos, quesadillas, burritos, and they have Gluten Free options too. It’s a small cozy place right on main street. Check it out!

The owner of the Truck was very kind and inviting. Positive and happy disposition. The tacos were yummy (for Maine… I am from California) You can sit by the truck. They have picnic tables and umbrellas, but we sat by the water in the shade. Great variety of hot sauces as well. We had the special Cajun Shrimp Taco and Pork/Pineapple one. We tried the blueberry habanero hot sauce. A great find!!

New location for Salsa Shack in Bucksport had always visited them in Ellsworth at the food truck. First visit to Bucksport and wow so impressed. Welcoming staff and atmosphere the tacos were amazing with clearly fresh and delicious fillings. Highly recommend! If you haven't visited the new location put it on the radar you won't be disappointed:-)

We first met Cory years ago at the Common Ground fair, and we LOVED his food. When it came time to think of a cool after-party food offering for our wedding, my husband and I did not hesitate--we knew Cory was the man for the job! Now, we had had his tacos many times over before our wedding day, but the wedding took it to the next level! He worked with us on a custom menu for our evening, upped the spice level (since my family is Mexican and would appreciate that), and he even made a custom menu board with our names on it! Add to all this, the amazing flavors AND Cory's outstanding personality, and you've got one stellar experience!
