Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Went here bc of the extremely high reviews, chose the Reeses Peanut Butter mudslide concrete, it was topped off with a lot of hot fudge, not mixed in. Looked nothing like the picture and was a rush to get the hot fudge stirred in, to keep the ice cream from melting. So probably stick with the gelato or Italian ice.

Good option for a sweet treat but plan on taking it to go. We came in as a party of 9 looking for something sweet. The ice was our favorite, especially the mango and lemon. Prices were good, staff was helpful and accommodating. The only downside is the size of the lobby. It was raining so we had to eat in the car. Two small tables restrict party size. Overall, good chain and we enjoyed the break during vacation!

We come here every trip which is several times a year! We came twice this past weekend. Madi was so nice to our daughter each time and provided great customer service. We enjoyed it so much!! Currently craving a cotton candy Gelati but it’s 3.5 hours away 🤣

One of my favorite frozen desserts! Great staff. Multiple daily flavors to pick from. Can also do flavor combinations, or choose from the seasonal specials. Ice flights are also a great option to pick 4 flavors. The ice flavors are dairy-free. Indoor and outdoor seating.

The small inside dining area provides a great experience of up close service with a smile. So many options and flavors to choose from caught me off guard and it took awhile for me to select the perfect combination. I decided to go with the wild black cherry gelati. Reasonably priced with a decent portion and definitely some curb appeal. The custard was rich, creamy, and mixed well with the shaved ice. Well enjoyed!! Plan on spending $10-$15 for 2 people. Mmmmm!
