I cannot say enough good things about this donut shop. The store is always clean, the employees are welcoming and friendly, and the service is fast every single time. The donuts are always fresh and absolutely delicious, which is why I keep coming back!! They also have the best kolaches in town, no question. I go here multiple times a week for a reason. Everything is consistently good, and I love that they are always coming up with creative and fun ideas for new donut flavors. There is always something new and exciting to try. This place truly deserves all the praise and has become my go-to spot!

Let me begin by saying that the customer service here is top notch! The wait time is also always minimal. I’m so glad I converted from a diehard sausage kolache fan to a lover of their delicious cheese and sausage kolaches! It’s fun to be able to laugh and engage Samantha and her sister, as well as her co-workers, in small talk without there being another waiting customer, and understandably that’s not always possible. It’s always special to be able to inject some lightheartedness into their busy work day. I think it’s so cool to be recognized as one of their "regular" customers and receive my usual order so quickly!!!

There used to be the nicest, cutest slim asian lady working here. She’s long gone I guess…I go here pretty much daily and they could care less lol. I always see the same two girls, fuller figured young ladies w/glasses and masks. Never greeted as a “regular” which I think I am. Never really a warm greeting. Just kinda blah service all the time. Donuts and kolaches are good but you will spend. Anyhow …they probably don’t care but I’ll keep going, however customer service goes a long way! Wish it Was better!

it will be NICE to be informed about surcharge when using credit card before paying. I didn't see any information until I saw a little note stick on top of cash register. Cashier also clueless about how much was the surcharge!! I calculated from little info on receipt and it was over 3%..I could be wrong on the percentages BUT other donut shops let you know ahead of time for minimum purchase with card or how much surcharge will be. Be honest up front will be good for business.

I've been coming here since they had only on location on bay area & we come basically every day bc my 2 year old loves the chocolate donut holes and my 16 year old cant live without his dozen mini kolaches (which are so freaking good that I always have to do mom tax) but we also love coming bc the atmosphere, people,& especially the workers they are what made this place what it is. They remember us from when we were kids when my mom would bring us in and they were only kids themselves. They always greet me with a warm and friendly hello every time and ask me about relevant topics about my life that we had spokenaboutthe time before......so they are even personal, they're so nice. plus I love they have a drive threw so I can just swing by b4 I drop my kiddos off or are running late to a me
