I finally tried Rico Rico Peruvian Rotisserie Chicken and WOW — this is exactly what I’ve been searching for! The chicken is unbelievably flavorful — perfectly seasoned, incredibly juicy, and roasted to that mouthwatering golden perfection. Every bite is packed with bold, savory goodness that keeps you going back for more. You know that feeling when you taste something and instantly think, “Yes… THIS is it”? That was me from the first bite. If you love real flavor, tender rotisserie chicken, and food that actually satisfies the craving you didn’t even realize you had — this place absolutely delivers. Hands down some of the best chicken I’ve had in a long time. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Mannnn! I can't tell everyone enough how delicious their chicken. I have eaten here well before Covid started. The meat is so tender and moist! The flavor is just so well balanced with the right saltiness and aroma from the herbs. The sauce is pretty good as well. The sauce is buttery and has a little kick like mustard but not spicy at all. Worth every penny! Get the whole chicken so you can save for later or share with family or friends. Recommend you place an order beforehand because it sells out quick. The owner wants to make sure everything is fresh and tasty so order through the phone.

You know, I never really post reviews of a place. But this place had absolutely excellent food and it’s hard to beat the price. The customer service is also great! Will be going back again.

Such an unassuming truck I almost missed it! Only options available were half and whole, no quarter. Delicious huli huli chicken with a Peruvian twist. The chicken was charred to smoky perfection while still remained tender and juicy. The Peruvian twist were the strikingly umami, peppery, and herbaceous flavors infused in the chicken. The mustard sauce was a great addition to balance the dish's intensity with some creaminess.
