These were clean restrooms in town. No one else was using them when I went in. Once you cross this bridge you’re out of luck, so use the bathroom in town if you need it before hiking.
Regarding the men's restroom, it is fine and is without any major issue. Three toilets and three urinals are present, although one of each were out of order during my recent trip into Harpers Ferry. Amenities are clean with supplies such as soap stocked. No paper towels are available, with hand dryers being present instead.
Harpers Ferry Town Public Restrooms was clean.
Very clean and hygienic - when I visited
Listed as open at 8:30 am on a saturday. NOT OPEN. GOOD LUCK IF YOU HAVE TO USE A BATHROOM IN HARPERS FERRY ANYTIME IN THE MORNING!!!!!
