Please visit Ms. Evelyn here during the 340 road closure, she is open Weds - Sun and serving ice cream!! You can get here by driving through the "local traffic only" signs posted at the WV9 and 115/Chestnut Hill Road (CoRte32) intersection and continue driving down Chestnut Hill Road. You can also get here from Charles Town Road>Hostler Road >Chestnut Hill Road. I've been here a few times now and always look forward to the next visit. The portions are large and there's SO many flavors to choose from! The menus come with gluten free allergen labels and when ordering, Evelyn uses a dry-erase checklist so every order is always correct. Evelyn has hard scoop ice cream, soft serve, Italian ice, banana splits, hot dogs and more! We've loved everything we've tried. 🍦 you will not be disappointed

We love this place! I am so upset it took me so long to finally stop and get a cone. I drive past it every day from work and when we finally stopped, we were hooked! The variety of items is insane. It puts Dairy Queen and Baskin Robins to shame. The owner is incredibly friendly and you can tell she loves what she does. Its a fun thing to do on a weekly basis. I will be bummed when she closes for the winter but I'll know what to look forward to next year!

Came here after going to the Harpers Ferry Waterpark. Super delicious and the owner was so friendly! Will come back again.
