This is some legit barbecue. I got the 3 meat sampler. They didn’t have the jalapeño sausage ready which was disappointing but the meal made up for it. Ribs, wings and chicken breast, a side salad, sweet potato fries and the stew. They are not afraid to feed anyone. The meat was flavorful and juicy. The sauces were an excellent addition. My only ‘complaint’ was the sweet potato fries were maybe not cooked enough? They were seasoned well and still had a good flavor but some of them were a little stiff. The service was impeccable. I would 100% return for another meal. I appreciated Junes? recommendations and the friendliness of the staff. Rich flavor, amazing staff. What else could you ask for?

I was very excited to try the brisket and just as disappointed when I actually ate it. I cannot believe that their “pit master” would serve the dry, overcooked tiny pieces of meat that I received. It was so overcooked that it was crumbles in the styrofoam box. It was not even like it was slices that fell apart. Whoever plated this must have used a spoon. I cannot even describe how ridiculously bad it is. As for the cook…the only way I could use the word “bark” to describe it is if I compared it to mulch. I would have mixed it into the Mac n cheese if that was not overcooked and grainy. The sausage was ok in flavor but there was something off in its texture. It lacked “bite” in that it was kind of mushy. The only highlight was the Bacon Sticks. These were very flavorful and cooked perfectl

Just visiting for some work training and found this place on a whim. ABSOLUTELY fantastic food. Great family owned business in a cool little college town. It is a MUST VISIT if you are visiting or living nearby. You wont be disappointed. Ate WAY TOO MUCH and loved it. We are 5.5 hours away from home BUT if Im ever this way again. I will be back

We were traveling through town and wanted to enjoy some food from a local place. We REALLY made the correct choice! We got the sampler to go and it was enough food for 4-5 people. The meat was juicy, flavorful and so tender. The sides were delicious. We got 4 sauces and we couldn’t figure out which was our favorite they were all so good. This is the best BBQ we have ever had.

Redd’s Smokehouse BBQ delivers a solid, satisfying BBQ experience in a casual and friendly setting. The meat is clearly the star of the show, tender, smoky, and full of flavor. The brisket was especially noteworthy, with a beautiful bark and just the right amount of fat. Their house made sauces offer a nice variety depending on your taste: sweet, tangy, or spicy, and all pair well with the meats. Sides were mostly hits. The baked beans had a deep, smoky flavor. The corn was well cooked and seasoned nicely, and the rice was a simple but good addition. One small disappointment: we asked for cornbread with both orders and were given a dinner roll instead. Not a huge deal, but when you’re looking forward to good cornbread with BBQ, it’s a letdown. I placed the order online for pickup, and w
