Phở Na

I’ve had pho all over Vietnam. This is not THAT good but it’s super solid American pho. I ordered pho dac biet (“special” pho with all the meats) and summer rolls. Broth, meats, and veggies were extremely fresh and generously portioned. Also the meatballs were very flavorful, unlike a lot of pho places where they are bland. Tendon was exceptionally tender, and tripe has just the right snap. Summer rolls were huge and tightly wrapped, and the thoughtfully wrapped in plastic wrapso they didn’t dry out. Lots of peanut sauce was provided and also wrapped to prevent spillage. I order summer rolls often and no one has ever wrapped them up for take out so well, but now I can’t unsee it - it makes so much sense. I had to take care of my dog and didn’t get to eat at my airbnb nearby until 2 hours

A fantastic addition to Carlisle’s restaurant lineup! We’ve tried several small plates and main dishes, and everything is full of fresh, quality ingredients and absolutely delicious. The people are warm, welcoming, and friendly. Casual, unpretentious atmosphere where you can slurp up your noodles with chopsticks and wild abandon. We’re foodies and especially enjoy Asian foods, and this is a new favorite place.

A true family-run restaurant — you can see everyone pitching in, even the young daughter taking orders. Services could be slow, but as the orders came out correctly. The restaurant feels clean and welcoming, though a stronger kitchen exhaust fan would help with the smoke from the grill, almost an open kitchen next to the tables. Overall, it’s a satisfying spot to curb cravings for authentic Vietnamese food right here in a small Pennsylvania town.

I have no complaint about this place. The Phở broth is lean. The fried rice and spring rolls are good. Inside is clean. Friendly staffing.

This is a great spot to chill out and grab a quick and quiet bite to eat. The prices are reasonable and the staff are super kind. The entire restaurant is no bigger than a small coffee shop. It’s calm and quaint with some of the best food you can get in Carlisle. Super affordable and super fresh food. The flavors are off the chart. If you haven’t been you have to go.
