Mooreland Garden Inn

This weekend we stayed at the Mooreland Garden Inn and our experience was truly magical. Dawn and Bruce took every opportunity to go above and beyond. One of our highlights was the breakfast. Each morning the menu was customized. From fresh local fruits to Bruce's French toast and Dawn's signature quiche, it was all amazing! Our room was lovely, the neighborhood is picturesque and the location is easily walkable to the charming downtown. Dawn also was a wealth of local and historical knowledge and pointed out several amazing restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed. Definitely a repeat stop if we make it back to Carlisle!

So far it has been a wonderful stay, the owners treat you as family, I feel right at home. Cozy and comfy. The amenities they provide are great. Great spot!!!

It is always a treat to stay at Mooreland Garden Inn when we travel to Central Pennsylvania. Dawn is an excellent host, and her home in the historic area of Carlisle is a beautiful tribute to the Flower family. The rooms are comfortable and lovely, with all amenities you'll need; the guest area downstairs features home-baked goodies as well as coffee, cold drinks and packaged snacks. Dawn can accommodate any dietary restrictions, just let her know. Relaxing porch, beautiful view of well-tended gardens, close to local restaurants and an excellent walking neighborhood.

We had a really lovely time staying here. Dawn and Bruce are wonderful hosts and the breakfasts were great. Every detail was thought out and intentional to ensure we had a great stay!

Me and my mom had a wonderful stay at this lovely place! The breakfasts were amazing, especially the vanilla almond granola, the variety of fruits we had, and Bruce’s French toast! Dawn and Bruce were incredibly kind and made me feel right at home. The room was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. There were also beautiful flowers planted around the house which was really pleasant to look at . I highly recommend this spot for anyone seeking a cozy place to stay at with outstanding food and service!
