Red Lobster

THANK YOU We really enjoyed dining at RED LOBSTER Plantation.. it is part of our family tradition. The shrimps were very delicate and delicious! Brokkoli and Coleslaw as side dishes complemented very well. The fresh bread was lovely to eat. Cooked with love. We really like the new menu. The food was delicious 😋 but the lobster 🦞 tail was overcooked and tough. The strawberry 🍓 lemonade doesn’t taste 👅 good so I switched it for a sweet tea which did taste great! The service was extremely slow but our waiter was very nice.

Service was not great. Server was hardly around at all. Food was ok not great my steak was tough not good at all lobster tail was good.

Sywia was our waitress for the night. Amazing service! She was attentive, accommodating, and just a sweetheart. She made sure our party of 6 had everything we needed. She even engaged with my energetic toddler for a bit. The staff also came to sing Happy birthday to my aunt and it was so beautiful. The male server who sang had an amazing voice and made my aunt’s night. Service was amazing, the food was decent. I wish I could say good, but two plates had rice that was very undercooked, and too much butter sauce (Lobster, shrimp, and salmon.) Overall, a good experience nonetheless.

I have always had a great experience at Red Lobster but that has surely changed. I have not been in years and my mother wanted to go for her Birthday so we went. It was 10 of us for dinner and our waitress was very nice. However, the experience was despicable. We waited what seemed like about 40 mins for bread and water, then was told there were no plates available for our bread, so we had to use napkins for the bread and to share appetizers. We then waited another 40 mins for our food and the restaurant was empty. Our food came and it was salty and luke warm and it took another 10 mins to get a side salad that was ordered with an entree. Then we were told that unfortunately the Key Lime pie we ordered wasn't available did we want something else. We declined and the checks were brought out
