WOW!!!!! Melissa and Frankie are very passionate and easy to talk to. I can honestly say that they care about me (you) and truly want to see this weight loss journey have a life long impact on me!! I have been a gym rat for most of my life, it was not until recently that I started gaining weight. A month and a half ago I started with Melissa and Frankie; with their dedication along with mine I have successfully lost 19 pounds. I am getting healthy again!!

Let’s me just start with WOW! What a community. You walk in and Meli and Frank make you feel part of the team from the moment you get there. Boot camp classes are amazing! You WILL get a great workout in. Everyone pushes you and nothing feels better than going home after knowing you killed the workout. So much love and support at the arena! The group chat that you get put in definitely helps keep you in track in and out of the gym. I was not one to enjoy group chats but this gym has changed my life! You need to come and life your new lifestyle with this community.you won’t regret it.

Love love love this club! The shakes are amazing! Frankie and Melissa are amazing and really motivate you to come back for more. Lost 15lbs since I started and still working towards my goal.

If I could give this place more stars .. I would ! Highly recommend fitness center ! I genuinely see how dedicated the coaches are to helping me reach my goals & that’s priceless. Also note that joined Members are super welcoming & friendly to newbies & all joining. So no intimidation to first timers learning how to work out. Clean gym. Bonus: They have a nutrition bar connected to the gym … they make 🔥🔥 pre work out drinks :) I always get the Blue Bahama Mama Tea Boom (pre-work drink) 🔥
