We’ve been coming here for a little over a year and the food is always fresh, delicious, and priced fairly. The meals make keeping track of your macros effortless. Jael is super helpful, kind and always has a smile on her face. Definitely recommend trying.

Great customer service by both ladies on Saturday. 3/7/2026 They went through every meal reading the ingredients, because I’m allergic to onions. The packaging is fantastic, it shows the nutritional label.

My boyfriend and I get our weekly meal prep here almost every Sunday and it’s honestly amazing. The food is excellent and it’s kept us in good shape. Lisa is always so friendly and helpful. I 100% recommend them for both the service and the food!

Fitlife Foods is incredibly efficient, and I love that the meals are not frozen. You can truly taste the difference. Being able to call ahead and check what’s available before arriving is a huge plus. Shayna is extremely knowledgeable, and every recommendation she’s made has been good. This is one of the best things I’ve come across in a while to help maintain a healthy lifestyle. After all, food consumption is 80% of the effort.
