Red Lobster

I haven’t been to Red Lobster in a long time, but came today to bring my mom and the experience was wonderful. The food was amazing, and I was pleasantly surprised by the new menu. Brittney, our server, was outstanding, and Brian, the Manager on Duty, stopped by to check on us and was very friendly. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

Haven’t been to Red Lobster in 20 years so decided to give them a try since they’ve been revamped. Spent $45 on the ultimate feast. The crab legs were skimpy and the “Maine” lobster tail looked more like a Florida lobster. Very small and rubbery, see pic. I lived in Maine for 5 years and know what a Maine lobster looks like. Prob won’t go back to Red Lobster ever again. $45 is crazy for the little food I got.

Other than the service there was nothing good about the experience here. I ordered a medium well steak mashed potatoes and a ceaser salad and the steak came out basically still raw sent it back which meant while waiting for the re-cook the potatoes got cold and salad soggy. I was not offered a redo on anything else I ordered. So I paid $50 for bread and water since that's all I was able to eat after the steak came out still not cooked the second time... That's suppose to be an ice cream sundae... I should have known the experience was going to be bad when we were sat at a dirty table in which I had to clean myself!!!

Our server Cassidy was absolutely amazing! She made us laugh the entire time along with she gave us the best recommendations from the menu she recommended the Brussel sprouts and they were amazing! She honestly made us so comfortable she kept our drinks refilled the entire time and she talked to us like we were honestly family. Our entire family has never had a experience like that in a restaurant, we laughed we had a amazing time and it’s all thanks to our amazing waitress We will absolutely come back again the place is amazing , food was delicious and hot and our table was clean! We love it here and expect us to be here frequently now!!!!

Well the chedder bay biscuits lost it chedd and bay!!!! BOO HISS!!!! No garlic butter on them anymore over cooked. You need reading glasses to see them 😆. Not moist!! That's like the staple of the table. Oh well!! Disappointment This picture is how they should look
