Red Bike makes the most delicious breakfast dishes. The quiche is phenomenal and the special brunch menu is above a beyond the average Birmingham fare. Zack, Danny, and company consistently hit it out of the park. Oh yeah, the coffee's decadent too. All this in a a quaint, quiet setting.

Genuinely the BEST coffee roasted around. I used to order coffee from New Mexico then discovered Red Bike about a year ago. Not only are the coffee beans just top notch, so are the people. If you love GREAT coffee and GREAT people, AND believe in supporting local, please check them out. You will not be disappointed. They have specialty roasts that are to die for, and their Costa Rica Tarrazu just might be the best thing going.

Such great people. I started looking for a local coffee roasting company for better coffee. Came across Red Bike Coffee and I am so happy I did! Meet the owner and he gave me a bag of coffee to try out that says a lot right there. Took home and I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY! This coffee is real deal. Give them a try!

Red Bike Coffee is my FAVORITE place to get coffee beans. I've been there multiple times and I'm always so happy with the coffee that I get. Jon, the roaster/owner, is super nice and knowledgeable and makes great recommendations. Definitely check it out!

Red Bike is absolutely my FAVORITE coffee in the entire world! The workers are so knowledgeable about what makes a good coffee good, and take care in every batch that they make and fill it with lots of love. Getting to see the process of them roasting the beans felt like a dream come true! My current favorite is the peaberry (currently put of season), but their Ethiopia Yirgacheffe is a VERY close second. Get yourself a bag of Bourbon barrel when it comes around - it sells out quick and is DELICIOUS!!
