Came in Saturday 1/10 food was amazing Lauren was super helpful and even brought us refills although she delivered our food in house, she was super friendly

This location has been a repeat offender of missing items, slow with orders, and long wait times. The last 2 can't always be helped but on top of what occurred during my recent two visits, I will not be returning. Last time I visited (9/9/25), my card was charged twice for a meal. The first time was at the drive thru. The young lady was having issues with her iPad so used a different machine to run my card. When I got to the window, the young man giving me my food asked me to pay again. I showed him my phone indicating that my card was charged but he insisted that there was no record of that charge and that it was probably gonna be cancelled and said I needed to pay. He was incorrect ultimately and my card was in fact charged twice per my credit card statement. This time (9/24/25) was th

This Chick-fil-A is consistently slow. I’ve been here dozens of times and have never had a quick experience. While Chick-fil-A is typically known for friendly, efficient service, that hasn’t been my experience at this location. Expect to walk in and see several people waiting on to-go or DoorDash orders, even when those orders were placed well in advance. If this weren’t a well-known chain with a strong product, I’m not sure this location would still be in business.

This is genuinely my favorite Chick fil a, and I so appreciate the hard working staff here! I come to this location often, and, in my personal experience, the food is exceptional, and the people are the best. I have seen them rise to the occasion even when stressful situations arise. While everyone I have encountered is nice, I would like to specifically highlight Drew who goes above and beyond each time he is working at this location. Thank you all for all that you do!!

Never been in a chic fil a line that long in my life. It was a cold day so the employee started manager brought everyone in to work. I understand keeping employees warm but 20 minutes in a chic fil a line Is unheard of. I couldn't get out the line due to its design. Very disappointed. Food wasn't even for me. Got it for a friend
