The establishment was clean and the atmosphere was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to having my order ready. The food was excellent., very tasty, hot, flavorful and delicious 😋 😍... I had the Backyard sandwich and I highly recommend it and others from this establishment. They won't disappoint...

I’ve been passing by this place for years. Man i was missing out. I heard they had a Cuban sandwich and i was very interested. What a surprise as i found it to be one of the best Cuban sandwiches I’ve had. Probably second best only to one i find at a Puerto Rican restaurant. Friendly service, great food and interesting decor make it a must go to! Great job guys

Incredible customer service by everyone on this beautiful Sunday. The food was fantastic and hospitality was priceless. Employees deserve a paid day off/raise.

After years of going to Home Depot, I've finally got time to stop in at Potbelly Sandwich shop. Broccoli cheese soup tasted the same as Panera Bread and was a lot cheaper for a cup. The skinny sandwich was delicious too, price reasonable. The brownie was creamy and finished off the dinner. I was eyeballing the burnt marshmallow shake, but next time. The decor inside was very nice to see. They had a small book cabinet tucked away to the left as you exited. Enough room inside or small seating are out front.

We enjoy going here for the food but the service is great! 👌🏽 They're always smiling, making sure your order is correct & that you get exactly what you want. We usually go for the same sandwich (creatures of habit) but today I tried something new and it was as delicious as my regular sandwich. You can't go wrong here. This place makes way better sandwiches than some other places I've visited. The portions are big, the deli meat is fresh and the bread is really tasty too. Hey, they have the best cookies!! They also sell salads, soup, mac n cheese, milk shakes & they cater!
