Hawaiian Bros Island Grill

Second time at a Hawaiian Bros and first time at this location. I got the hui hui plate and a spam musubi. The chicken was super tender with great teriyaki flavor. The salad Mac that comes with it is super creamy and delicious. The food came out incredibly quick. Here are some cons. The rice was really hard and dried out on the plate. The musubi just does not have the flavor I am looking for, this wasn’t just an issue here but at the other location as well. I also cannot get behind the lack of interaction of people and are faced with using a tablet to order. Not marking down on that last part. When I went to my first Hawaiian Bros, I did not have expectations and I was impressed. Now that I have expectations, I was not impressed with this location. I will have to try again and hope for t

Phenomenal Customer Service! I am a first time visitor and Eric who is the main cashier was super helpful and very patient. He helped me get set up with a rewards program and recommended different options. Super super helpful young man. The food is absolutely delicious and the portions are very generous! Because I became a loyalty member I got a free soft serve. That was really nice. The place is clean and people seem to really be happy when they walk in here to pick up their orders or coming in to sit and eat. I will definitely be returning to this location-soon and often—Aloha!

Had such a great experience at Hawaiian Bros! Foxx, the gentleman taking our order was super friendly, welcoming, and really knew the menu. When I asked about gluten, he had a chart right there with all the info and even offered to check with the cook to make sure there was no cross-contamination — that meant a lot! The food was delicious, warm, and the portions were just right. Everything tasted fresh and exceeded our expectations. The restaurant was also really clean. Definitely coming back!

Came after my son’s soccer game for dinner! Very clean, easy to order, the food came out fast and it’s just an overall chill environment. Love the Hawaiian music playing in the background! Erick was very polite and attentive and made sure we were cared for! Thank you Erick!

Our first time here and we absolutely loved it! It’s very clean and the deco is so relaxing. I genuinely loved the customer service from the minute we walked in. The food topped it all off and tasted great- I will definitely be back with my family😊
