Customer Reviews
We decided on a night of Ramen and happened upon this place. The staff are friendly, fast, and the food was good. I would add spice to my black ramen next time and my husband would cut the corn out on his ramen next time. My son who loves it plain said it was the best bowl he’s had in San Antonio so far. We’ll be back per his request.
Ramen is absolutely delicious and authentic. Fast and friendly service and great atmosphere. This is our new favorite ramen spot! The Tsukemen ramen is a ramen you dip into a sauce instead of having it in soup. One of the best Tsukemen ive had!
Hoka is a warm and inviting spot with delicious food and delightful service. We started with the goma Q, then enjoyed the chashu dom rice bowl, and the katsu chicken. Every last bite was amazing. The seasoning, the freshness of the cucumber, the perfect fry of the katsu... chef's kiss. I highly recommend this gem!...Cheers!
My daughter and I ate here on 12/13 for lunch. She got the Shiro fuku and I got the Kuro fuku. Her dish was spicy and she loved it. My dish was great. We order ed pork buns and Kani fries as our appetizers. We will be back soon💜
08-11-2025 Let's go eat some RAMEN! It's one of many favorite dishes. We were greeted entering the restaurant and immediately felt like we were out of town. The tables and chairs are one of a kind. I ordered the Kuro Fuku ramen. It was tasty. Eating it had the feeling of warm comfort food. My wife had the Tori Katsu. She was impressed. The tray had variety of different flavors. You can't go wrong with that tray. My son had the Chicken Teriyaki rice bowl. He loves it as well. I'm not a picky eater so, I loved it. We all enjoyed the meals. The place is super nice. The air was a little bit humid. The kitchen is about a quarter size of the restaurant. The restrooms need to be a little bigger. The men's restroom has only one toilet. It would be nice if there were two toilets. I know were there
