After long shopping hours just place perfect to order your food and relax. The atmosphere is very calm and friendly, not too noisy! I ordered a veggie melt sandwich both the times I was here with Multigrain bread, as I cannot have meat which is not Zabiha Halal, the veggie melt sandwich is the perfect option for me. Today I was here to grab a quick breakfast bite and it was during rush hour and I asked if it is possible for them to change the gloves and knives or anything they’ll use to make my sandwich that might have come in contact with meat. And they quickly changed the things to make my sandwich. Even though the line was super long they were fast and efficient.

I had a hacking experience with my account and I live in another state. The team was so helpful. I can't remember if the person who helped me was named Cassandra or not but shoutout to you and your manager for getting things resolved for me and for even calling me back. I'll stop by for a sandwich if I'm ever in the area

Picked up what was supposed to be a hot prime rib sandwich, first bite was of a frozen piece of meat. Seems like the bread was toasted but the ingredients were not warmed or toasted with. Frustrated with this location and with Potbelly in general for their standards.

Roastbeef sandwich was absolutely dreadful. Very little roast beef and what there was was very fatty. Basically had a lettuce sandwich for 9.89 plus tax. Pretty tasteless. Your reply shows your complete indifference to my experience. I recommend to others to avoid this Potbelly's as will I.
