Anyway's Pub

Went with a couple girlfriends and really loved the vibe. Super chill. Plenty of seating. TV’s everywhere. The menu is fabulous, I highly recommend the filet sliders. Pumpkin martini’s were on point as was the Old Fashion. Pumpkin pie. Cheesecake was delish. Mac n Cheese was perfect. They were offering sample shots. Customer service was awesome, great place.

So I went to this restaurant 2 days in a row. The food is really good. My favorite is the Eggrolls. It's was really good and even better the next day as leftovers 😋. IZZY'S Jambalaya was good. The pot roast was good. It should have more seasoning that would make it superb.

Yesterday we visited and 3 of us ordered the you pick two meats. I got beef and chicken skewers. The beef was a tad tough but tastey. Chicken was cooked to perfection. The sweet potato fries were delicious. I think this is one of my favorite restaurants! I will return!!! I wished they had more gluten-free options, though.

I drove for 1 hour to get here just to eat their amazing burgers, and you know what, it was worth every single mile! One of the best burgers I have eaten in the entire state of Illinois. My family are very picky about burgers, the meat and the toppings, but they lovvved it! Not just the burgers, but also the atmosphere -and the service- are top notch. Our waitress was Alexus (my apologies if misspelled), and she was so welcoming, friendly, professional, quick, and helpful. For the second time, she served us with a beaming smile. She brought crayons and coloring papers for the kids, which let them busy an away fr the screens. Atmosphere is lively and colorful as well. All in all, I do highly recommend Anyway’s Pub to everyone! This is the least I can tell. You should see for yourselves.

Food is just okay here; nothing great. Recently visited again and paid $17.49 for a prime rib dip sandwich with fries. While I knew that when I ordered it, once I saw the plate size and lack of taste I thought this was a ridiculous price for this plate. I understand costs keep rising, especially in this awful state, but restaurants aren't going to keep being able to raise prices while still serving mediocre food. Fries were tasty (I think they figured out that the last fry recipe was awful!) Mixed drinks are tasty. Service is typically good to great.
