Even though it was Super Bowl Sunday and it was very busy, they still managed to make the pizza very good. Great job to all the workers there.
Ordered two pizzas, one of my pizzas had all the toppings but was missing the cheese. I called and the girl was annoyed with me calling, and offered to re-make or $5 discount… I asked her to re-make it and she huffed about that didn’t offer an apology and just seemed annoyed over the situation. I was nice about it, said thank you and I apologized… person on the phone was really rude.
Had pizza delivered to my truck at the TA truck stop. Pizza was perfect, delivery a breeze (polite and professional) highly recommend
Awesome customer service!!! I ordered a pizza super late, about 10:50pm. I worked all day and was exhausted. When I went to pick it up, the girl not only brought it out to me right away (I took probably 2 steps out of my car) but she also wrote a really nice message on the box. It made my day, more than she knew :) Thank you so much!!!
not sure what’s going on with this location but we spent 27$ for a pizza that was so hard and dry, it seemed like it was cooked hours ago and then was reheated up and delivered to us. We got the stuffed crust and the crust was literally hallow. The pepperoni was burnt to a crisp. disappointing :(
