Father Time's Barbeque

We've (wife and I) have seen the truck for a few weeks now, and decided to stop by to try. Now as we sit here, in a BBQ heaven coma, we wonder why we waited! We shared a 1/2lb of tender pulled pork (perfect mix of meat and burnt edges) and 1/4lb of belly (meaty fatty delicious) and just loved every bite. She's not a fan of most BBQ sauces but made sure to mention she enjoyed this one. Fruity sweet, yet vinegary sour, I could drink it! Right to the top of my faves list. We will definitely be repeat customers!

Best BBQ ever. Been to Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada and this food truck is the best by far. Tasty, juicy and served well with a delicious slaw. Brisket sandwich, Brisket salad and ribs.

Amazing barbecue. I have been longing for great barbecue in this area, and this is it. I tried the pork belly burnt ends, they are so good. If you're craving barbecue, stop by their food truck ASAP.

Very yummy and tender brisket. The beans were my favorite! They were so god and just a little bit spicy.
