Black Rock Coffee Bar

Went there at 6am and there were employees inside and the foors were locked and the doors were locked. They told us they do not open untill 8am. Weird cause the doors say 5am. We have been going there for year this early and never been locked out. Well never again!

I ordered a large Carmel Blondie blended with whip cream and extra caramel drizzle. I normally drink half and freeze it for the next day. I have been noticing that Black rock has been being cheap with the whip cream and with the caramel and I wanted to see what they would do with an order of extra drizzle. What a joke!!! The extra drizzle was like normal caramel drizzle for other places!!! And I got charged $7.50 for this drink. Absolutely Pathetic!! You guys should be ashamed of yourself!!! Starbucks gives way more Carmel than that for regular caramel and when you ask for double it’s dripping caramel and the whip cream is full!! And Milton’s coffee is packed full of whip cream and has lots of caramel on the side. You guys are being cheap with giving the extras on the coffee and you’

When we visited Oregon, this coffee shop was one of our favorites and one of places we came back to repeatedly. Drinks are good and they have a wide selection of choices available, but their pastries are next level. We recommend the berry pop tart thing, which sounds stupid, but is undeniably incredible. They made the adult, gourmet version of something you can’t eat anymore because you’re old and it hurts your teeth and it is awesome.

The people here are so much nicer than the ones at the Burnside store. They actually acknowledge you very quickly - even if they are busy. Very friendly. If there is any kind of delay for picking up an order they keep you updated.

I arrived at 5:45 AM, expecting it to be open as their posted hours state 5:00 AM. Unfortunately, the store was closed, with no signage or explanation. This was frustrating as I rely on their early hours for my morning coffee. I hope this is a one-off issue, but it’s disappointing and inconvenient. Please address this to ensure reliability for other customers.
