Pizza Factory

Came here to have a meal with my family, the owner is super friendly and the food was absolutely delicious, salads were very fresh and the pizza crust were crispy & yeasty, I’m so looking forward for a another visit. Cheers from TW, love your food and vibes.

We went on Thursday about 3pm, the employees working during that time were nice, professional, they made great pizza, the perfect crunch on the crust, chef's kiss. Everything was great.

I've gone here a couple of times and it's always been with friends or at least with one other person and it's a great place to hang out and enjoy some good pizza, their soup of the day and their salad bar for the all you can eat lunch buffet for about $13-$14 per person. (I want to say drink is included, not sure) 11 to 2. I highly recommend for dining in or take out. Pizza is great

This is regarding tonight’s delivery. While doing some work on the house I decided to order pizza. The work I was doing was kind of loud so I stopped ten minutes early as the delivery time was coming up. I didn’t realize it had already been delivered and sitting on my doorstep for 25 minutes. The girl pressed the doorbell one time and waited one minute. My phone number is on the receipt in huge bold numbers. I had also pre paid a 20% tip amount online. I called to ask why she didn’t call and the guy said they have no control over what door dash does and there’s nothing he can do. I’m a regular customer here and spends hundreds on their pizza. This was totally unacceptable.

The food was really good. There's not much to say about the service. The cooks are behind the counter and there's no waiters or waitresses. The tables and seating were not great but not terribly either. Overall it was a decent experience the food was good
