King Arthur Flour's Baking School at The Bread Lab

What a great experience! Thanks Geoff and team for this 5h session with great theoretical and practical parts. I’ve learned a lot about sourdough bread and significantly improved my technique. My loaf after the course is on the photo.

I turn 30 this year and made my very FIRST pie today thanks to the "Easy as Pie" Baking Class! Katherine and Cat were awesome instructors and made me feel totally comfortable as a baking newbie. I'm really looking forward to taking more classes

Took the pies and tarts class. Gave a selection of ways to use butter, flour, salt, and water in different ways to make the desired crust. It's a lot of fun. Tons to eat and bake. The instructors are knowledgeable and interesting and make you feel capable of making the creations again at home. Worthwhile.

I attended a Bread 101 class after having baked bread for several years. I was surprised by how much I didn’t know! The instructors were top-notch. They provided information on technique in a clear and concise manner. I have every intention of taking more classes in the future, even though I live hours away.
