If there’s one place I always want to eat at, no matter the day, it’s 5 Rosas. The food tastes just like home – it’s comforting, homemade, and full of flavor. I absolutely love their beef soup (caldo de res) with handmade tortillas – it reminds me of traditional meals made with love. Their bean and cheese pupusas and Salvadoran rice pastelitos are also my go-to favorites. Just discovered my new favorite spot in the area, and wow, it does not disappoint! 😍 Stopped by today on a whim. The pupusas are incredible, especially with that fresh slaw and tangy salsa. The quesadillas are perfection, the quality of meat is SO good, and the drinks, horchata and champurrado especially, were delish. Absolutely delicious. Can't wait to go back!

My friend and I are passing through the area and saw this restaurant has something other than the usual fare. I've never had Salvadoran food and I thought I've got to try it and we are both so glad we did! First of all the people are so friendly! A smile goes a long way. I got 2 Papusa, bean and cheese and a spinach and cheese. I also got a chicken tamale wrapped in Banana leaves.. That was Soooo tasty. With my meal came a delicious cabbage salad. My friend got a chicken& cheese papusa work a smaller dish of cabbage salad. She enjoyed both very much. I would be a frequent customer if I didn't live 3000+ miles away....
