A must stop shop for sweet treats every time we’re in Sanibel. Lots of different ice cream flavors, toppings, and a variety of desserts (gelato, sorbet, sherbet, sundaes, shakes, malts, and more!). Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Adore the fun new holiday decor.

Easily accessible from the Main Road, plenty of Free Parking including for Handicap accessible Vehicles. The Shop was clean and well staffed by friendly employees. Great Little Ice Cream shop, plenty of Flavors to choose from and they are Delicious 😋. The portions were more than ample and in our opinion the prices were fair. In the area, looking for a Great Ice Cream shop, this is your place. Give them a try!

We visited Pinocchio's today and the ice cream itself was good, but unfortunately the service completely ruined the experience. Two staff members laughed when they didn’t understand some of our words because of our accent. That felt disrespectful and unprofessional. On top of that, we were charged $25 for two ice creams, roughly double what the prices on the menu suggest. When we asked if that was really the correct price, one of them confidently confirmed it. We then asked to see the prices on the menu, and there was an awkward moment because none of the listed prices matched what we were charged. They laughed between themselves again.
