Really good steak, especially if you’ve been craving Japan-style sizzling steak plates. Service is fast. Price is decent for the quality of food and portion size. Both the beef and pork are good…but the beef is worth the extra cost. Don’t forget the whipped garlic cream.

If you're looking for a spot that's quiet ,low-key, budget friendly but good quality food. This spot will be good for you. The menu is very simple ,steak or pork . And several sides. You will leave satisfied enough but still have room for their dessert. And lemme tell you, their homemade sorbet pineapple ice cream and it had homemade corn flakes,was chefs kiss. I wish the steak had more seasoning BUT their house made sauce made up for it.

Piikoi Steak is an awesome find in Honolulu! The menu is small, but every item is full of big, bold flavor. The steaks come out sizzling and perfectly cooked, with tender meat, flavorful seasoning, and that amazing garlic butter on top. The portions are generous, and for the quality you get, the prices are a great value. Service is friendly, food comes out fast, and the whole experience feels simple but super satisfying. If you're craving a delicious steak without the high price tag, this spot is definitely worth checking out!

Popup till end of 2025 so go check them out before it’s gone! I hope they find a permanent spot because I enjoyed my meal there! Definitely casual steak because the cut wasn’t anything fancy, as reflected in the prices. The decor inside looked fancy though as it’s formerly a high end restaurant that specialized in truffle dishes. However I had a great experience still even though I had better steak elsewhere. I love how it’s served on a hot iron skillet with paper wrapping around it containing the splatter. The corn that went with it was such a great side dish. Salad was ok, the dressing was too vinegary for me. Don’t forget to get their whipped garlic cream! Goes so well with the steak and everything! Also appreciate how the rice was delicious too! So good! Just had lunch there. It was a great value for the price for serving! My friend and I shared a steak and pork chop! Both were delicious! The service was great! They just reopened so I don’t know if people know they are open, we were the only ones there. I hope they get more business! Highly recommend them!
