One of the best Panera Bread places. The service is friendly, helpful and efficient. I order ahead and my food is always ready. This location is also a test location where Panera experiments with new menu options or ingredients.
Normally, this place is fine, but I came in well before they closed I came in at 4:30 so I don’t understand why when I ordered a nine dollar grilled cheese one side of it was the very end piece of the loaf. Which made it half the size of the other side. The workers are very nice and when I realize this when I got home, I think it’s very unacceptable that you’re giving your customers not even a full piece of bread when I’m paying nine dollars which is already outrageous for a grilled cheese. Also, if a male worker is gonna be in the women’s bathroom, prop the door open because I walked in and there was a male worker changing the garbage can, which was totally fine by them doing their job, but I don’t wanna be surprised by a male being in there, prop the door open that’s what my coworkers do
I do a lot of corporate catering for my Business meetings and though I do like PANERA, I feel in recent years the service and quality has suffered, but today I met an amazing manager at the Southbury, Connecticut location named Paige She was kind, empathetic, smart efficient, and worked with me on a last-minute change when most Panera managers would have said no she was even shorthanded that day as she was working the line with her coworkers like a great leader and still stopped to help me with a last-minute change to my order that experience will have me coming back. Paige was awesome.
Clean and spacious. Plenty of parking as well. There are many electrical outlets as well which I find rare for Panera so that's nice. No more fighting over the electrical outlet. I ordered the Baja chicken mediterranean bowl. I've ordered this in the past but this time it was definitely smaller portion wise. Shrinkflation?
The food was really good but I gave it a 4 star because 6$ for a small, very small cup of soup and pice of bread seams crazy. The chicken in my salad had fatty parts wich made me not eat the chicken. Lettuce was crispy and I loved the dressing. Seating feels scattered and it's loud inside.
