AM Coffee & Co.

I have nothing but positive words to say about this place! From the atmosphere to the service to the coffee itself, all 10/10s. The owner is the sweetest and was extremely welcoming! ALL house made syrups which is so rare and so refreshing to see. A ton of them too! The cafe is full of the cutest decor and so many details- you can tell this is a place that is well cared for and put together by someone who loves what they do. That is something that really stood out to me! My latte was delicious and I can’t wait to come back!

Cute spot with great Italian style espresso, and impressively delicious Gluten Free Bagels (they also have normal bagels). Social atmosphere, friendly owner. Espresso Profile - Esse Cafe is an Italian espresso with flavors of chocolate and nuts, it’s NOT sour or floral. Beans tasted fresh. Drip Coffee: easy to drink without the need for sugar or milk, but it would pair well with both.

As someone who is a HIGH matcha connoisseur - I was sooooo blown away with their banana matcha! The syrup is made in house - and you can taste it in every gulp! I was skeptical at first because I have not had a good banana matcha - but AM coffee exceeded my expectations! I drove 1 hour and it was worth the hype! I wish I got a second one…😭 And the BEC was phenomenal, literally so flavorful! I can’t wait to be back!!

I took my dog for a morning drive the other day and thought I’d stop by “A.M Coffee & Co”, I was greeted and taken cared of immediately. The pastry I purchased was delicious and my wife loved it, we paired it with ice cream, 🙏🏼 thank you! 😎 Give the place a try at least once, you might actually enjoy the experience. 🙏🏼

My husband and I moved to Southbury a few months ago. I was in the hunt for “good bagels” as where we lived prior had 2 bagel places within a mile and a half of our home. Pulled into our now go to place for pizza Julio’s and noticed AM Coffee. Went the next morning to AM and the coffee and bagels were what I was looking for. I go several times a week. The owners and staff are very warm and welcoming. Pastries are great too! Was there about 2 hours and had a delicious chocolate & strawberry latte. Megan and Andy seem very committed to the community of Southbury. So looking forward to 2/5/26 when their dessert night starts .
