Panera Bread

We've eaten here a few times and this is one of the better Paneras around! Same food, prepared with more care and very helpful and kind staff. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area and in the mood for Panera Bread.

This place gets my order wrong every single time. It doesn’t even matter what I order. Tonight, I ordered the Chicken *Bacon* Ranch sandwich. But, what I got was some bread with chicken, drenched in ranch dressing. Not a single piece of bacon on it. It’s one of the three ingredients in the name of the sandwich! This seriously happens every time. My fault, I guess, for giving this place another chance.

The people/neighbor is soft-spoken and pleasant. Well worth the extra 15 minutes of driving from the big city. Same hustle and bustle without the obnoxious disturbances.

Absolutely disgusted with the service. I went through the drive through at lunch ordered a half Caesar salad. I paid cash and they did not include a receipt in the bag. After arriving home I saw that my order was missing ingredients. Also the small dressing container was half empty, they didn’t even fill it. I paid almost $8 for a small container of lettuce. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager but was left on hold for over 20 minutes and no one ever picked up.

I have frequented this Panera over the past year every single time I pre-order on the app for a designated time slot. I always have to wait 15 to 20 minutes minimum after that timeslot for my order to be ready. I am honestly sick of it and had to just refund an orderas it was 15 minutes past when I was supposed to get my food and they hadn’t even started prepping it
