Pams Pelican Bed & Breakfast

This was our first trip to the Outer Banks. We are so happy we located Pam's Pelican Bed and Breakfast for our stay. Our room was great and had everything we needed: small refrigerator, microwave, comfortable bed and couch, lots of light and a pristine bathroom. We loved sitting on the balcony each afternoon. Harry and Annie, our miniature Poodles, were made to feel as welcome as we were! Thank you Pam for your Southern hospitality and delicious breakfast, and the bottomless cups of hot coffee. We would highly recommend staying at Pam's Pelican Bed & Breakfast. Do check the ferry schedule several days in advance if you are traveling from Cedar Point.

We have stayed with Pam several times over the years because of her sincere hosptality and the great breakfast that she prepares for her guests. We always feel very welcome and at home when we stay at Pam's Pelican B&B. The laid back feel of the place was very relaxing and calming to us. Pam was welcoming and made us feel like family and not just a guest. Her breakfast were home cooked every morning and yummy! There was a cooler we could use in our room and bikes were also available. The room was clean and just like the picture. The laid back feel of Ocracoke was just what we were looking for. Pam was lovely and easy to talk to and was a joy to visit with . What a great place to stay! I was in the Deep Blue room for two nights, my friends were down the hall, and we shared the second floor porch, where we were able to enjoy the fresh air and watch the birds and kitties in the beautiful courtyard. It's a terrific location, close enough to walk everywhere in town, and the breakfasts were delicious! Pam is an excellent host and gave us great recommendations for things to do in Ocracoke.

If you are looking for a chill, lay back down place that is perfectly located on the island, this is your spot. This bed and breakfast gives you a fairly Close to Beach access (driving 5min, biking 10min, walking 20min) and restaurants, two of them walking distance (less than 5min away)!!! Pam is an awesome human being, a really nice lady and a great host!!! She cooks daily amazing breakfast for you and then you have the rest of the day off to explore the island. If you are looking for something that has a grocery store, restaurants, and night light walking distance, then please book it with her.
