The staff are exceptionally friendly and consistently willing to engage in conversation. It is a family-operated business that fosters a welcoming environment and inspires personal improvement, complemented by high-quality coffee. Pagosa Roasters is hands down the best coffee in Pagosa!!! Not even close, I never pass up the opportunity to enjoy a delicious cup. Aaron is a master roaster and pours all his passion into every batch. You need to stop and get a fresh cup and take a bag home!

I gave up on coffee for a while because I wasn't a fan of the bitter burnt taste! Michala and Pagosa roasters changed that 100% it's the only coffee I will buy, it's never burnt, always has amazing flavor and the packaging is SO cute. I've watched the company start from friends and fam roasting to become a full on roasting business and I can vouch for the extremely hard work and effort they put into every bean! Every bean is loved and taken care of! Aaron use math and science to never over roast your beans and takes so much pride in what he does! If you like good coffee this is the way! And it's cheaper than a bag of crappy burnt Starbucks beans!
