MEE Hmong Cuisine

Hands down in the top 3 of best places to eat in Pagosa. My favorites are the Lah Mee Chicken, the skinny meenee veggie rolls and the bangin' pork. Fresh ingredients daily, 10/10 flavor. Cucumber Bliss is refreshing; Thai Tea is great. Highly recommend!

In Pagosa Springs for the first time. The wife and I were searching for a good Asian restaurant and found MEE Hmong Cuisine. This is a legit 5🌟 establishment with award winning dishes and my wife and I were about to try both of them. Wife had the Fried Rice Delight w/Chicken and I the BaoBao Ribs. Both of these were award winning dishes and we both agreed. Wifey's dish was full of flavor, savory to her palette. The rice was moist and the chicken delicious. The Ribs were in off the bone form. Not overpowering but mouthwatering, glazing with flavor unparalleled. MEE Hmong is a pleasure to sample, a must stop for locals and visitors alike. A 5🌟 Experience!

The Skinny Meenee rolls with chicken and the peanut sauce were delicious! I had the avocado boat with chicken and spicy mayo and meechi dressing, mmmm so good! My husband had the Bangin’ pork which is a seasonal menu item. It came with rice and was the tastiest item we got. We finished everything. I absolutely recommend the Hmong ice tea, it’s earthy, so yummy and creamy. The owner is so nice. We will go again before we head back to Mew Mexico later this week!

Visited on 10-15 and had the Lah Mee Chicken and the Bangin’ Buns. Wow, talk about flavor-packed. We loved the food and the service was great also. Can’t wait to go back and try more dishes!
