Sage

Burgers were excellent. I recommend “The Local” and “The Classic”. The card machine went down when trying to pay so had to pay in cash. Not a big deal. But it did take over 45 minutes for 2 burgers and a side of fries which was not ideal.

Sage is great. I think this is what people think when they want a solid burger. Their chicken and fries are fantastic, as well. If you thing you have to pick one or they other, I recommend not doing that and just ordering it all, if you can swing it.

If my body allowed it, I would eat here everyday. I try burger places in all of my travels, and Sage is by far, my fav. Excellent staff too. Some of the most friendly people drive this place. Very thankful for this spot!

Ate at Sage Eatery while in Pagosa Springs and had a great experience. The location is cool and the service was solid, though parking can be a bit tough. That said, the food more than makes up for it. The bacon burger was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had, and the fries were phenomenal — perfectly cooked and a generous portion. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I don't usually go for food trucks... but this place is AWESOME! my kinda burgers and onion rings, quick service, friendly staff. Great tent to keep the sun off you whole your eating. Smell of fresh wood chips on the ground. I WILL BE BACK!
