The street corn and the BBQ sauces were great, and our server was very friendly. I don’t like giving less than 5 stars, but I want to be honest. The food came out really quickly, which seemed great—until we tried the brisket. It was cold in the center and darker than expected, which made it seem like it may have been reheated rather than freshly prepared. If the kitchen could make sure everything is heated evenly before serving, it would really improve the meal. We enjoyed the street corn, sauces, and service, and hope the rest of the dishes match that quality next time.

First of all, their pitmaster is straight outta Texas with 20+ years on the grill. If that doesn't say enough... Oklahoma native here, brisket is my go to, and the brisket here among the best I've ever had. Though they make all their BBQ sauces in house and they're all delicious...it needs nothing! Just order more than you think you'll want...because you'll want more. We got the trinity trio with a few sides, all of which was bomb but the street corn was my favorite. The peach cobbler I had was amazing as well. 10/10 recommend to anyone who appreciates the art of grilling meats, great food and/or vegans looking for a proper welcome back to real food.

We took advantage of their Thanksgiving catered meal for the family and it was outstanding. The turkey was moist, smokey, and delicious. The sausages, brisket were packed with flavor. All four sides crushed it: Burt end beans, coleslaw, Mexican corn, and jalapeños grits all killed it. This will be a family tradition for a very long time. Do yourself a favor and hit these guys up.

I had a chopped beef sandwich. The barbecue itself was quite good. (I’m from Central, Texas, and I know my barbecue). My issue was the portion size. It was the smallest chopped beef I’ve ever been served ,perhaps since the elementary school cafeteria.I certainly could’ve eaten a second one easily, but at that price I don’t think so. My other “beef” was that the woman who evidently is the owner was quite sour and unpleasant. Again, I’m from Texas, so maybe I expect the person running the place I’m eating to at least be Semi friendly.

Amazing bbq, and pickles! We got a couple lbs of meat and sides to take up to our cabin while we were in the area skiing. Delicious! The service was great and the bbq sauces were so yummy. ◡̈
