Outback Steakhouse

Well I know 20 years ago outback was way better, food service, and atmosphere. It used to be a higher class chain restaurant. But now the wait times are longer, the food is not that great, it's just ok, and the place is not as clean as it should be. Idk if it's a staffing issue or what. If I wasn't giving a gift card I would probably not have eaten here. If this is your type of place, you do you. But I will probably never go to one again. Way better places to eat for the price

Our server was great! She had some quirky methods of keeping track of our orders (large party, 12 of us for a birthday) but it worked and she was very attentive and accountable for any mishap or misunderstanding. Bread and butter flowed unlike other OUTBACK'S where we had to request it after sometime. She stayed on top of kids refills orders and even let a birthday cake join the table. She brought extra Togo containers before even asked. They were already staged at the end of our seating. Our blooming onions were a touch overcooked as with other locations but my steak, large whole mushrooms and Alice springs chicken (combo) was perrrrfect! Ordered online. Picked it up. Ate part of the spinach dip on the way home, it was so good. Made it into two meals. Excellent choices!!

DoorDash BEWARE – Outback Steakhouse Review This was an absolutely disgusting experience. I ordered a Prime Rib steak cooked medium‑well, but it arrived rare with blood literally squirting out. My baked potato was missing, and despite requesting no croutons, my salad was full of them. The French onion soup was lukewarm, with cheese unmelted — it looked like someone just placed a slice of cheese on bread. When I called to speak with the manager, she offered no apology and told me they couldn’t do anything, instructing me to contact DoorDash instead. Completely unacceptable customer service. I will not be ordering from DoorDash or Outback again.

The food was great, the drinks were also very good. Our waiter Andrew was super helpful and provided by far the best service we have received in years. Andrew, happy V day bro and thanks for being awesome
