Orange Julius

Fast friendly service for a quick sweet treat while at Queens Market place . We ordered original Julius strawberry and orange smoothies.

They have a whole display of gift cards at the register and when I tried to buy one the cashier said we don’t do that here

We paid for a large orange julius and it was too sweet. We asked them to remake it less sweet but they didn’t do anything except adding water, and the drink became a watered down orange mess. We had scanned a qr code on a sign that said “complete this survey and get a free small original julius.” This was a FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. The worker (the same one who refused to remake our orange julius the previous day) gave us a small cone instead of the promised julius. When we mentioned the julius deal he claimed that it was not real and refused to discuss further. When we returned to discuss the situation again, specifically citing the sign he again attempted to explain that the deal was fake. We pointed out that they advertised the deal 9 times. Not blaming the 1 worker but you can count on this place to be out of everything except hot dogs and smoothies. Came here almost everyday for the week I was here and was never able to order a misty freeze. Always out of either the slushy mix, ice cream or just unable to make it. If you're looking for an average hot dog, look no further. If you're looking for ice cream, this isn't the place.

Had overpriced orange julius. Then it was too sweet. Tried to get them to remake it but they refused saying it was a syrup issue. Lame. Worker was extremely non customer service.
