Customer Reviews
We absolutely LOVE this place! HiCO is truly the spirit of Aloha. The coffee, the food, and the people make this such a special place to stop every time we are on the island. All of the staff is wonderful, kind, and always makes a great recommendation when we are looking for something new to try. There is plenty of seating inside and out, very casual atmosphere, kid friendly, and never too long of a wait. Tia who manages the Waikoloa Village location is the epitome of hospitality and customer service! This has become our go-to coffee spot for the last 3 years because of her all of her staff at HiCO.
Very nice, accommodating, and welcoming staff. The location was very clean. This was one of the best coffees I have had on the island (oat milk latte with mac nut syrup). Amazing, fresh salmon lox toast. Highly recommend.
Decided to stop here for breakfast on our way back from watching the sunrise. Quaint little coffee shop with good selection of breakfast items. Coffee, sandwiches and lox and avocado toast were all delicious. Service was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Tables set up outside to enjoy the beautiful weather. We will be back!
We had the best experience at HiCo Coffee! Everything we ordered was beautifully crafted and absolutely delicious. The cortado was smooth, perfectly balanced, and rich without being overpowering — exactly what you want in a great espresso drink. The ube latte was stunning and unique, with that subtle sweet, nutty flavor that makes you slow down and savor every sip. The peppermint tea was fresh, aromatic, and so comforting. The food was just as impressive. The smoked salmon toast was layered with fresh, vibrant flavors and the perfect balance of creamy and savory. The ahi tuna toast tasted incredibly fresh and bright — you could tell quality ingredients were the star. And the avocado toast was anything but basic — beautifully seasoned and generously topped. You can tell HiCo cares about
Nice location. Friendly staffs. Great simple breakfast place in the morning! I ordered matcha with taro cream. It was delicious. I also ordered taro banana toast. I first thought it is taro spread w banana but it is taro bread w banana and sunflower spread.
