If a place sells malasadas, I'll be there. My husband and I shared: - Malasadas: Ube Cream, Lilikoi Cream, Mango - Mochi Donuts: Li Hing Mui Mango, Lilikoi - Poppyseed, Ube - Banana Macnut Cinnamon Roll The malasadas were great. The Lilikoi and Mango were my favorites. The Mango was my favorite mochi donut. I wish the Lilikoi didn't have poppyseed. The cinnamon roll was delicious as well. I do prefer Malasads that are warm, but these were still really good.
A great treat! These are the best malasadas that I’ve had on the Big Island. Friendly staff and good prices makes it easy to recommend!
I’ve been coming to Hawaii island over the past 15 years and Pono Malasadas are by far the best. They staff are super nice too. I can’t wait to go back and I will be going back.
Great service and the yummy malasdas matched the service. We have tried many malasadas over the years at various places on the Big Island and these are the best for freshness and flavor. You won't believe how much filling there is in each one. You won't be disappointed. Take the few minutes to stop at the food court in the Queens Marketplace.
Delicious malasadas at a very good price. Also had a ube mochi donut. Loved the malasadas. Fresh and Ono . The ube donut a bit too sweet for my taste but still good Shop in the food court. We will be returning.
