Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We really enjoyed our lunch at the Olive Garden Italian Restaurant. The atmosphere is nice, definitely classy but very casual. The food is very good, with fresh salad, complementary bread stick and many Italian specialties. My spaghetti and meatballs were served hot and delicious. The server we had was friendly and attentive.

Ordered OG TO GO…. Service was excellent. However, my meal wasn’t pleasant. I ordered Alfredo noodles with broccoli. I notice on the way home the broccoli smell was loud. When I got home to eat I saw my broccoli was no good. Please don’t serve and sell broccoli that is bad it made my entire meal undesirable to eat. I will say my son’s meals of chicken Alfredo was excellent.

It’s an amazing place to go, but please be aware — the main host “manager” is extremely rude. We’ve gone three different times, and each visit she’s made us feel uncomfortable or like we were a bother. It’s not a good feeling when that’s your first impression walking in. I’ve even left feedback on the tables after dining, but nothing ever seems to change.

The wife and myself had lunch at Olive Garden in Roanoke yesterday, the place was clean, food was delicious, and our waitress was Awesome, customer Service was through the roof, I highly recommend this location

Was greeted quickly and taken to our seat. Food came out pretty quickly. I ordered the eggplant parmigiana and it was horrible! Very thinly slicked eggplant in breading.. it tasted like it had been frozen for awhile before being thrown in the fryer. Everything else tasted well. When the waitress came by I told her it didn’t taste very good that it tasted like it had been frozen it had that frozen too long taste, she actually said well I thought it didn’t look like it was cooked thoroughly. I told her no it was cooked it just tasted bad.. she laughed and said well you know what not to order next time.. good thing I wasn’t really hungry and maybe wanted something else.. I hadn’t been in a long time and I doubt I’ll return anytime in the future.. definitely don’t order the eggplant..$50 for a
