OBX Wake & Take

Okay, but this spot is the actual best! The owners might be some of the coolest, nicest people I’ve ever met, and the baked goods are terrific. The hash brown quiche and strawberry biscuit were a perfect start to a Saturday bopping are KDH. The coconut chocolate granola bar was also dynamite, as were the cinnamon rolls. We also bought one of their dope tie-dyed hoodies, which is super soft in addition to being beautiful dyed. We can’t wait to come back next time we’re in town!

THIS is the place! I’ve been coming for annual trips to Nags Head for 10 years or so, and always looking for a place to get scones and coffee. One or two of the other coffee shops sometimes have scones. But Wake and Take had ~10 different flavors, great little outdoor seating area, wonderful coffee, AWESOME staff. I’m so glad I finally found my beach breakfast place. Will be back for many visits to come!

My sister and I visit every year and this year we found this place. I love scones and they were wonderful. Lots of choices. We tried 4 different flavors and the quiche. All were great. Went back before we left to take some home. We got more scones and also tried a muffin. Loved everything about this place including the owner who was wonderful. Hopefully we'll see her husband in a scone suit next year 😀

Yumm! The best scones on the Outer Banks! They are the perfect flavor and texture! The Lemon Blueberry Scone was really good! All the baked goods are so good and plenty of options! The bakery is going to be awesome!

The owner is amazing! I love the scone flavors she comes up with. Delightful, amazing combos. The cinnamon rolls are amazing, if you can beat the rush 😉. Every scone I've had so far is spectacular, I'm so excited to try the rest. Tried the quiche for the first time, best one I've had💛. She truly is an amazing baker! I also can't forget to mention the drip coffee, Perfect combo with any pastry! Get sconed💚💚
