This was our first visit & it won't be our last. Our server Madee was excellent... friendly and made lots of great recommendations. The soups were top shelf and the raw oysters were very tasty. The atmosphere was welcoming and this place is also very family friendly.
Yelp led us here and we don’t regret it. Our server, Sadie, gave some good suggestions and we took them. Hubby had the scallops and shrimp with grits and I got the smashburger special. I don’t usually eat all of my fries but I ate every scrap. I can’t explain why they were so good. Hubby was super impressed with his meal. The grits have chorizo in them and that was something new and different and delicious. Sadie was great. She checked in as needed and kept our drinks full. The restaurant is in a strip mall but once you get inside you can’t tell.
Stopped here on the recommendation of some of our dear friends from the Outer Banks who themselves run an extremely successful and popular seafood restaurant up there. The fresh oysters were phenomenal. I loved the vibe and interior decorations. I ordered tacos without cilantro and they came out with cilantro but the server was super sweet and apologetic and made it right even though I tried to insist she didn't have to worry about it. Would definitely come back again.
Came for Valentine’s Day with my wife. Service was great from hosting to the wait staff. Appetizers, drinks, dinner and dessert were all excellent. The Mile Post 13 is a must for mezcal drinkers.
My boyfriend wanted oysters, which led us to this restaurant. Absolutely amazing!! Everything was incredible from start to finish! We were greeted as soon as we walked in & taken straight to a table. Our server, Sadye, was wonderful & so personable. The food exceeded expectations & we both sampled things from each others plates. The menu is varied & has a wide range of offerings, literally something for everyone & the cuisine is eclectic and so so tasty! Bright, fresh flavors that go together so well. We will definitely be back & I recommend you give Dune Street Raw Bar & Grill a try!
