Shhh.pristine aquamarine water color ,crystal clear, to a depth of at least 4.5 ft ..... multitudes of small schooling fish...and Lifeguard in immediate proximity. My June 20th experience is worth over rating . Shhh.
Good spot about 10 to 15 spots for parking, and from what I know there are no public showers.
Go and ask around for sea turtle nests and find out hatch dates. Seeing them hatch and crawl out of the sand is an amazing experience for kids and adults.
Clean beach, no showers but they are available a short walk down the street at the pier for free. Lifeguard on duty with tides marked on a board.
It was a wonderful beach. It wasn't very crowded. The sand was warm and water was blue. It was everything I've ever wanted in a beach. We loved it.
