Noodle

From what I understand there are new owners. They own another location in Kihei and acquired this one about two months ago. I had heard that it was not very good previously, but I had to give the new owners a try. I ordered the pho with rare steak and brisket. I added meatballs. The pho had great flavor and it was a generous portion. The staff was very friendly and the food came out quickly. I would recommend giving this a place another try if you have previously not liked it in the past. I will be back to try more items on the menu.

Ordered a combo noodle soup and a spicy noodle soup. Both were delicious but especially enjoyed the depth of flavour in the spicy noodle. Note the spicy noodle soup comes with round (a la spaghetti) shape rice noodles vs the typical thin, flat noodles. Friendly staff, clean seating area, great broth. Perfect dinner for cold and rainy night like last night here.

Great little family run noodle joint near Lahaina. The owners are definitely Vietnamese and most of the menu has Vietnamese familiar options such as pho soup etc. Great to support a local business here. Price point was cheaper than the usually higher end tourist places. The staff was super nice and friendly and the food was just as delicious.

Best pho ever and lovely service. I normally don’t have the chili with my pho but i lovedd there chili oil with the rare beef pho. The Thai ice tea is soo yummy too. Great prices for maui Noodle is must go

Updated review: New Owners! Omg, AMAZING service!! Lily is so funny and sweet. The food was even better than the last time we were here. Definitely made with lots of love. We had the chicken pad tai (#45) and summer rolls, as well as an off the menu item that they made for my other half! Yummmmmmmm Chicken Fresh Rolls and Tofu Pho are SO good! 10/10 recommend this place. They just opened up a couple of months ago and seemed pretty slow, so give it a try if you pass by. The staff was helpful and food came out within 10-15 mins.
