So freaking delicious!! We tried 3 of the bao buns - tofu, shoyu curls and smoky mushroom and loved them all! We also got an order of hot, crispy fries- so good! Lastly we had a mango slushy with li hing mui drizzled throughout- amazing! Staff was so friendly and our food was ready fast! The seating area is so cute under some shady trees. Highly recommend!

We rented a car specifically to drive from south Maui here, for the vegan baos. We collectively tried one of every flavor. They were all light and fluffy and beautifully presented. Our favorites were the tofu and the soya curl baos. We also tried the lychee lemonade and the mango slushy which were both delicious. It's worth the drive for sure. Cute area with a three trucks and it appeared that there was a coffee truck across the street but it was closed on Sunday. The building nearby has restrooms and there is a picnic area under trees to eat.

Well I’ll be damned! This food truck rocks! I was beyond shocked with how amazing all the flavors were together. Never thought vegan food could taste so immaculate! The ginger cauliflower was my favorite but everything I had was just mouthwatering! This place better still be open when I come back! Outstanding service, food, and owner<3

Superstars is an absolute gem of a vegan food truck! 🌱 All options are plant-based, and the menu is creative and delicious—perfect for anyone craving flavorful eats on Maui. I had the bao buns (the fried cauliflower one was incredible—crispy, tangy, and packed with flavor) along with some cauliflower veggie sides. Everything tasted fresh Service was quick, friendly, and welcoming—no long waits here! The team made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. you must go to superstars if you’re in maui. it’s the cutest, most thoughtful food truck serving incredibly flavourful asian-inspired bites. my favourite was the mushroom or tofu bao — both were outstanding. the ginger cauliflower bites are also a must, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. also, the cold brew slushie with that cold foam is literal crack. may, the owner, is simply put — a superstar. the care she puts into her food is very special. strongly recommend stopping by.
